Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase*, please initiate a return within 3 days of purchase.
Beauty Forest does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see Allergic Reaction section below). All Nail Polishes, Make-up and Hair Care are non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 3 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Hair Care, Nail Polish and Make-up will not be refunded, exchanged or credited under any circumstance due to hygienic reasons.
We offer a 3-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Beauty Forest coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
Please note
- Find Your Match sets, sample sized products, items marked final sale, and incomplete sets are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered by Beauty Forset.
- Please allow one weeks from the date you ship your return for us to fully process your refund.
